James Bonnet. Scheduled for noon Friday, May 6, the seventh annual benefit takes place at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds in Eureka. Proceeds go to support Wings, an organization which helps cancer patients with nonmedical expenses like transportation. The event provides a salad bar, rolls and dessert lunch for just $5. "It's delicious," said Lynette Starling, fair manager and one of the benefit organizers.
